Brief Introduction:

This water filling machine is used to fill pure water, mineral water and other non-carbonated beverage.All the machine parts which contact with liquid is high quality stainless steel 304. The relative fittings are from international famous brand.This machine is comprised of rinsing, filling and capping system. It has 32 washing heads, 32 filling heads and 10 capping heads, can reach capacity 12000-15000 bottles per hour.

2, Reasonable structured storage hopper and material supply system keep the material in the constant flow speed, constant pressure and without frothing. Usually high position tank is adopted.
3, The storage hopper has the characteristic of gas discharge, full sealing and temperature detecting. In moderate and high speed production line, the material distributor replaces the big liquid tank to realize the complete CIP.
