The main casting of machine tool is made from high-strength cast iron material and shaped by resin sand technology with 2 ageing treatment to establish the stress.
Reasonable structure design: By thermal-symmetric and box-stiffener designing technologies, the high-speed, high-efficiency and high-accuracy machining effect could be guaranteed.
Oil cooling: Be provided with oil cooler, which can reduce the distortion of parts.
