Strong-type S series is a kind of machines which designed ot manufacture heavy-cutting work-pieces which have complicated machining procedure. The main casting of machine tool is made from high-strength cast iron material and shaped by resin sand technology with 2 ageing treatment to establish the stress.

Reasonable structure design: By thermal-symmetric and box-stiffener designing technologies, the high-speed, high-efficiency and high-accuracy machining effect could be guaranteed.

Oil cooling: Be provided with oil cooler, which can reduce the distortion of parts.

3 axes ball screw dragging device: Accurate ball screw and specified ball screw bearing.

Chain-type tool magazine: Be provided with abundant tool capacity which can greatly enhance the cutting efficiency.

Extra-load machine bed: 3-axes cast iron slideway, which has strong loading capacity of 3000kg at most.

Powerful outputting spindle box: provided high torque with low-speed for powerfull cutting

operation, which reaches 990Nm at most.
