Solution steps and methods: first, when the dive function is turned on during the automatic operation, check the position of the limit photoelectric and light beam-- When the dive cylinder drops to the lowest position, move the photoelectric at the lower limit of the dive to ensure that the photoelectric indicator light at the lower limit of the dive is on. If the photoelectric indicator light cannot be lit up, it is necessary to check whether the lower diving limit photoelectric related line is normal. If the line is normal, it indicates that the photoelectric is damaged and needs to be replaced. Second: when running automatically, check whether the parameters in the touch screen are set incorrectly -? - Check whether the number of filling heads in the parameter setting is set correctly; Check whether the buffer filling quantity is set to exceed the target filling quantity; Check whether the initial irrigation delay time is set too long; Check whether the filling capacity is set on the filling metering page. Third: when running automatically, after the action is in place, check whether there is a bottle blocking at the photoelectric position of the bottle -? - Adjust the position of the photoelectric switch to ensure that there is a bottle blocking at the photoelectric position when the bottle is running automatically. Fourth: check the alarm interface, whether the lower limit of liquid level is alarming -? - If not, check whether the material level of the material cylinder is sufficient. If not, check whether the line of the liquid level detector is abnormal. If the line is normal, check whether the contact corresponding to the PLC is damaged, if the PLC contact is normal, the liquid level detector is damaged. Fifth: Check whether the cylinder of the card bottle is hit after the automatic operation is in place. If the cylinder of the card bottle is not punched out, manually check whether the valve of the card bottle is working. If not, check whether the air pressure is normal and whether the relevant lines fall off or are loose, if there is no abnormality in the above inspection, check whether the contact corresponding to PLC is damaged. If the contact of PLC is normal, the valve body is damaged.
