MAIN FUNCTION AND FEATURE

Beer Bottle Filling machine

This machine is fully automatic. It can automatically complete the tasks of beer keg station transferring, washing, and filling without requiring manual operations.

With a separate cleaning function, this machine can be used for kegs washing.

The transmission mechanism of this machine adopts a mechanical crank linkage method to make sure its stable operation, reliable & accurate positioning, and less failure rate.

The machine is equipped with an automatic flow detection device, a pressure detection device, a residual liquid detection device, a keg spear open detection device and a working station alarm.

It adopts CO2 pressurization and a totally-closed filling method to guarantee the low foam and low consumption of beer. It ensures accurate filling volume and the beer loss can be controlled below 1%.

Its water tank can automatically supply water, heat up, and maintain a constant temperature.

FEATURE

The parameters of filling capacity can be set and adjusted on the touch screen so that the error can be corrected in time. The touch screen can display the number of kegs and filling capacity in real time.

It has the function of washing the exterior of beer kegs and automatic weighing & turning.

It can be customized for the washing and filling of beer bottles or tinplates.
