PRODUCT FEATURE

The automatic beer keg washing and filling machine is equipped with function about the alkali wash, soak, water washing, sterilization, filling etc. It can adjust the function according to the requirement of customers. All processing flow is automatic.

Equipped with the CIP system, CIP washing function can keep the tube and the filling head clean, conformed to the hygiene standards and keep the fresh taste of the beer.

This machine is equipped with the alkali water tank, mixing water tank, hot water tank, CIP water tank, CIP clean tank and CIP pump. The CIP water tank has the function of the Auto feed Pioe, Automatic heating and maintaining constant temperature. So it can keep the technological requirement of the CIP liquid.

This machine can be chose to install the keg external washing machine, automatic weighting, automatic turn beer barrel system according to the requirement of the customers.
