Washing part is including washing washing, caustic washing, acid washing, steam sterilize. 3. The machine need connect with hot water, steam, CO2 and compressed air. 4. The machine have the detection function, can detect if the pipes with the liquid. 5. The whole machine use the stainless steel AISI304. Pipeline welding uses German automatic pipe welding equipment, one-time welding double-sided forming. Washing working procedure: Pressing→air blowing/drain off→ hot water washing→air blowing/drain off→low flow hot caustic washing spear→Rinse keg surface with caustic→air blowing/to caustic box→low flow hot water washing spear→Rinse keg surface with hot water washing→air blowing/drain off→low flow acid washing spear→Rinse keg surface with acid→air blowing/drain off→steam sterilized → steam keep pressure sterilized→ →co2 blowing/drain off→co2 pressure preparing→cylinder return | |||||||||
