| Equipment explaination | 1. It is use the Siemens S7-200 controller and Schneider air break swtich,,Taiwan AirTAC solenoid valve,pump is Chinese Yuehua, if have flowmeter, we choose German Burkert. 2. Separate pipe systems of keg washing part and filling part. The cleaning process adds unique hot caustic washing and steam sterilization function. It can use the washing parts to do CIP to filling part. Machine have dosing pump, sanitizer will clean the keg at last. 3. Use couplers to connect with keg, keep pressure in a keg, no beer lost.The machine will stop until full. 4. The whole machine use the stainless steel AISI304. Pipeline welding uses German automatic pipe welding equipment, one-time welding double-sided forming. Washing working procedure: Pressing→air blowing/drain off→rains water washing→air blowing/drain off→caustic washing→air blowing /to caustic tank→hot water1 washing→air blowing/drain off→hot water2 washing→air blowing/to rains water tank→acid →CO2/drain off→ co2 pressure preparing→cylinder return Filling working procedure: Pressing→open spear by hand→fill Co2→filling →close spear by hand | |||||||||
