Q1: What is your spear type?
A1: A,G, S, D and M spears are available.
Q2: Can I get samples?
A2: Sure sample charge is refundable when an order is placed.
Q3: How long is the sample lead time?
A3: For existing samples, it takes 2-3 days. If need logo printing, it will take 5-7 days.
Q4: How long is the delivery time?
A4: Usually, It will take 15 days after receiving the payment. If do logo printing, it will take 22-25 days.
Q5: What format of the file do you need if we want our own keg design?
A5: We need your logo artwork by PDF, AI, or EPS format.
Q6: What is your terms of payment?
A6: 1) The order amount is less than USD 10000.00, 100% T/T in advance.
2) The order amount is more than USD 10000.00, 30% T/T in advance, 70% against copy of B/L.
