Filling operation mode of filling machine

At present, the filling operation mode of high-speed filling machines is generally arranged into linear or rotary tracking multi-head filling. The plug-filling mechanism generally adopts vacuum suction plug, linear plug-filling, and the main engine can be stepless speed regulation. The small-capacity liquid filling machine also requires interchangeability, requiring the machine to replace the minimum specifications in a very short time, so that 2 ml, 5 ml, 7 ml, filling and plugging are completed on one machine for 10ml controlled bottles, while linear filling machines can meet the requirements of interchangeability. The liquid filling machine has four basic forms according to the filling and metering methods: Volumetric glass pump type, Peristaltic pump type, metal/ceramic piston metering pump type and time pressure method. The former two measurement methods have been widely used by many domestic manufacturers, while the latter two are less used.
