The main component of rotary filling machine is filling mechanism, also known as filling valve or filling head. According to different materials, the filling form is different, so the design of the corresponding filling mechanism is also varied. According to the filling form, the filling machine can be divided into normal pressure filling, equal pressure filling, vacuum filling, pressure filling and other models. The fundamental difference between them is that the design of the feeding device and the filling mechanism has its own characteristics, so that the filling forms are different. Rotary filling machines are generally designed with multiple filling heads to improve productivity. The number of filling heads is as few as 6, and more than 60. With the increase of the number of filling heads, the filling capacity is also continuously improving, and some models have exceeded the productivity of 30000 bottles/h.
