Filling machines are widely used in packaging equipment in the current agrochemical industry. They can form a production line with capping machines and labeling machines.
Recently, I came into contact with some new problems about filling machines on the phone for customer service. After sorting out and summarizing, I provided the following solutions for customers who encounter similar problems: i. No filling during automatic operation 1. Failure phenomenon: after the machine is started, no filling will be carried out after the bottle feeding and other actions are in place.
2. Possible causes of failure: 1. Wrong photoelectric position of lower diving limit; 2 dive down limit photoelectric damage; 3 Equipment parameter setting error; 4 into the bottle photoelectric did not hold the bottle; 5 level filling function open level not; 6 card bottle cylinder is not played.
3. Solution steps and methods: first, when the dive function is turned on during automatic operation, check the position of the limit photoelectric and photoelectric station--
When the dive cylinder descends to the lowest position, move the photoelectric at the lower dive limit to ensure that the photoelectric indicator at the lower dive limit is on.
If the photoelectric indicator cannot be lit, it is necessary to check whether the photoelectric related line at the lower diving limit is normal. If the line is normal, it means that the photoelectric has been damaged and the photoelectric needs to be replaced.
Second: when running automatically, check whether the parameters in the touch screen are set incorrectly -? -
Check whether the number of filling heads in the parameter setting is set correctly;
Check whether the buffer filling amount is set to exceed the target filling amount; Check whether the initial irrigation delay is set too long;
Check whether the filling capacity of the filling metering page is set.
Third: when the operation is automatic, after the action is in place, check whether there is a bottle in the bottle -? -
Adjust the position of the photoelectric switch into the bottle to ensure that the bottle is blocked at the photoelectric part of the bottle during automatic operation.
Fourth: check the alarm interface. Does the lower limit of liquid level give an alarm -? -
If there is no alarm, check whether the material level of the material cylinder is sufficient. If it is not sufficient, check whether the line of the liquid level detector is abnormal. If the line is normal, check whether the contact corresponding to the PLC is damaged, if the PLC contact is normal, the liquid level detector is damaged.
Fifth: Check whether the bottle cylinder is punched out after the automatic operation is in place.
If the bottle clamping cylinder is not punched out, manually check whether the bottle clamping valve is working. If it is not working, check whether the air pressure is normal and whether the relevant lines are falling off or loose, if there is no abnormality in the above inspection, check whether the contact corresponding to PLC is damaged, and if the PLC contact is normal, the valve body is damaged. :
